Sesame Seeds Toasted

White sesame seeds that have been slightly toasted to bring out the flavor and remove some of the moisture content. This process preserves sesame seeds for a longer time. Used to top breads, sprinkle in salads, and add a mild, nutty flavor to cooked vegetables.
