Pink Peppercorns

Not a true peppercorn but the berries have a sweet, peppery flavor. Actually from the Baies Rose plant in South America. Since ours are freeze dried to remove the moisture, they are very light. Many like to blend with green/black/white peppercorns for a unique sweet, hot taste. Wonderful in vinaigrettes, on steaks or chicken.
