Subtle notes of Allspice and Clove create a flavor profile similar to that of a Caribbean style curry. The mildest of all of our curry blends, this curry is best on chicken, but will also work well in a vegetarian curry. Contains no animal product. Ingredients: Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Paprika, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Mustard, Garlic, Ginger and spices. No salt.
