Chervil

Herb that has the subtle flavor combination of anise and parsley and is an integral ingredient in Fine Herbes” of French cuisine. A member of the carrot family and native to Eastern Europe. Complements scrambled eggs, omelets, cream cheese and herb sandwiches, salads, potatoes, and fish. Should be added at the end of cooking so as not to lose its flavor.
