Cardamom, Whole Green

Whole pod of the cardamom plant which contains the seeds. The seeds can be removed and ground to use in Scandinavian baking or Indian cooking. The whole pod can be ground with dark roast coffee creating a superbly aromatic and delicious beverage. May also be used in tea blends or potpourri mixes. Member of the ginger family. Grown in India and Malaysia.
